Disclosures
The information on this form is collected by Fort Management Ltd. as the managing agent for the Condominium Corporation, and is used only to maintain the corporation records and to contact owners, tenants and occupants about their unit and the property. It is kept in confidence, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is released only where the Condominium Property Act (Alberta), the by-laws, or a court or governing authority requires it. You may ask to see or correct the information we hold for your unit at any time. Where an owner provides tenant information, Fort Management will not share the owner’s personal or confidential information with the tenant. The purpose of collecting tenant details is so that we know who is living in the unit in the event of an emergency, and so that we can pass along community notices and updates that affect the occupants of the property.
